Pupils aged 2 to 18 years from the Jill Bridger School of Dance are raising money for the BBC Children in Need appeal with their own Bear Election.  Each bear candidate has a campaign policy and are looking for votes!

Jill Bridger is the author of the Melody Bear pre-school children's dance syllabus taught throughout the UK and overseas.

When:  All Jill's classes during the week

commencing Monday 10 November at

Hardwick Primary School, Cambridge and The Hub, Cambourne, Cambridge

Raising Funds:  The Bears will be in the dance classes campaigning for votes.  Children are coming to class dressed up in the colour of their favourite Bear Party and pay £1.00 to vote.  We are setting up a secret voting booth with ballot boxes and the children will enjoy moving the Swing-o-meter as the opinion polls chart the progress of the bear election.  This is all for fun, there is no political element to the event at all.   We estimate a total of £400 raised for Children in Need.
